Please join us on Tuesday, July 4th 2023, to celebrate our nations Independence Day. Bring your own lawn chairs to get a good seat for the Friendly Pines Camp Parade, which will begin at the camp at 11:45 am, then heads up Friendly Pines Road, turns at Silver King, left again at Wagon Wheel, left again at Spur, & back to Friendly Pines Camp at noon. Starting at 11:30 am our GCFD firefighters will be cooking up hot dogs for our community members at the park and we will have plenty of soft drinks, apple pie and you are welcome to bring a side dish to share. There will be information on how to keep your home Firewise on hand.
