Special Meeting to go into executive session on Saturday July 15, 2017

The Groom Fire District has just been notified by FEMA of our agency’s’ entry into the final step in the grant funding process of our Wildland Type 6 Brush truck, where the funds are transferred to our banking institution in order for the Groom Creek Fire District to take final delivery of the truck.

As such we are are required per our agency’s policy and procedures to have a formal approval by our board in a special meeting to release the funds. A full report of the truck acquisition process will be given at the next regularly scheduled Monthly Board Meeting
