This Saturday, May 7th is our annual Firewise Day and pancake breakfast. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 with Firewise Day information beginning at 10:00. Cost is $5 for Adults and $3 for Children 12 and under and includes pancakes, eggs and bacon with your choice of beverages…
We will have folks from the US Forest Service, Yavapai County and our own Fuels Mitigation Crew on had to answer any questions about the upcoming fire season and preparing your property for what looks like an above average wildland fire season in the our area.
We will also talk about the Strategic Plan developed by the fire district to help us plan for the next 10 years.
